After this take a bowl and add in eggs beat well and fry this mixture like omelet. Keep this omelet aside. After this grind whole coriander 2tbsp,1tbsp black pepper and cumin seeds 1 tsp. Take a bowl and put together chicken mince, pomegranate seeds 2tbsp,salt as to taste, fried eggs ground mixture of black pepper,1 chopped onion, green chilies chopped 4,chopped tomatoes 4,chopped mint leaves, crushed red pepper 1tbsp and corn meal 1 cup. Mix all these things together very well and keep aside for few minutes. After few minutes make pattie from this mixture and fry in a frying pan with oil or ghee as you wish. Now this recipe is ready and serves with garnish green chilies salad leaves and lemon slices.
