The topic here we discuss is Chicken Haleem Recipe by Chef Zubaida Tariq whose method is given as Method: First of all wash chicken very well and then cut into pieces. After this take a pot and add in water 3 cups ,chicken, oil 1 cup, turmeric 1tsp,red pepper 1tbsp,salt,garlic ginger paste, crush all spices, chopped onion and cook this until water dries. When water dries add yogurt ½ cup until the oil forms a separate layer on it. Now put the pot on aside and turn off the flame.
After this process take a bowl and add in Bengal gram and wheat and soak these things in water for 3-4 hours. After 3 hours drain the water and add wheat in a pot with a lot of water along with 2 tbsp oil. Stir this wheat with a wooden spoon again and again. When wheat color changes add in ½ tsp baking soda cook this until tender. After this wheat add in the chicken along with 2 cups water. On the other side grind Bengal gram into a paste and add in chicken and cover with lid. After 15 minutes mix well together and cook 10 minutes and keep mixing haleem.
Take a frying pan and heat oil 2 cup and add in cumin powder and fry sliced onions until golden brown. Pour bhagar on the top of the haleem , sprinkle Garam masala powder and serve with mint leaves, green chilies and lemon.

- Boiled split Bengal gram 1 cup
- Onions 3 (finely chopped)
