How to make Chicken Roast by Zubaida apa
Serves persons: 3 people
- Chicken (8 pieces) one an a half kg
- Curd 1 cup
- Black pepper crushed 1tbsp
- Lemon 3
- Ginger, garlic paste 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2 cup
First of all wash chicken and add this chicken in a pot then add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, one cup curd, and salt according to your taste on a low heat till water dries.When water dries then flame turn off. Put these boiled chicken in a plate. Take a saucepan and add oil in it, when oil heated then boiled chicken add in this oil and fried this chicken till golden brown. When all pieces ready then add these pieces in that pot in which chicken boiled. When put all pieces add crushed black pepper on it then add lemon juice. Put this pot on a very low heat for dam. After 10 minutes a very tasty roast is ready.
