Details of Lahori Fish by Chef Zubaida Tariq is given there whose method is given as Method: First of all marinate fish pieces with two tbsp white vinegar and leave it ten minutes. After ten minutes wash fish very well with cold water. After this process take a bowl and add in boiled rice water ,turmeric powder and 3 lemon juice mix well and put this mixture on a side. Take another bowl and add in other spices just like gram flour, red chili flakes, garam Masala powder, white cumin seeds, salt, and rice flour and mix this mixture very well. Now first of all dip each fish piece in boiled rice water then apply gram flour with lemon halves. Through this process gram flour and lemon juice absorbed in the fish very well. Leave the fish pieces for half hour.

After this take a pan and add in this pan oil heat it well and then fry all fish pieces on low flame until golden brown. When all pieces ready then dish out fish pieces and garnish with salad leafs, tomato flower and green chilies. Serves this dish hot.

  • Fish 1 kg
  • Gram flour 1 cup
