Dengue fever is common disease now a days and people are afraid about that. This is a debilitating mosquito-bone disease that is transmitted by mosquitoes. Mostly dengue consider a dangerous disease but its not true, its harmful for only those people with compromised immune systems.
Symptoms of dengue fever
The symptoms of dengue fever are common and can be observe easily. Every year 100 million dengue cases are spread all over the world. Dengue fever is caused by one of the four types of dengue virus like DEN-1.DEN-2, DEN-3, and DEN-4.Dengue fever spread by a species of mosquito known as the Aedes aegypti mosquito, and more rarely by the Aedes albopictus mosquito. First time dengue spread in Africa but now a days it spread in all the tropical areas of the world. Now dengue fever is ready to spread and high risk in these parts of the world like Central America, South America, the Caribbean and tropical Asia; more specifically – northern Argentina, northern Australia, the entirety of Bangladesh, Barbados, Bolivia, Brazil, Cambodia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras and many more.
There is no specific treatment of dengue fever but some things are doing a doctor or the patient. The dengue patients should use analgesics (pain relievers) with acetaminophen and avoid those containing ibuprofen, Naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. Doing rest and drink plenty of liquid to prevent dehydration, avoid mosquito bites while febrile and consult a physician.
